You certainly didn't offend me. I just try to keep up a few standards. Thread titles sort of stand out, ya know.
Damn, that looks like some awesome bird. Got me salivating! :onfire:
Really sad news that hit me especially hard for some reason...probably because The Cramps were in heavy rotation during my teens onward...
A nice piece from the Guardian in the UK....
It's hard to think of Lux Interior as dead, despite what reports say. Then again, it was always hard to think...
Yeah, I get the pun and enjoy word play as much as anyone but the powers that be want to keep thread titles as "family friendly" as possible so I changed the title here.
That marinade looks awesome, BTW.
I've got Bigfoots going back to '04, DFH 90s and 120s going back to '05. and North Coast's OLD STOCK going back to '02, among other things. :)
Yeah, beer snob here. :onfire:
Fire Angel, check the beer review thread and some of the older beer threads. Lot's of tasty beer talk up in here!
On David Lynch's release of "INLAND EMPIRE", there is an extra on the second disc where he cooks some quinoa and tells a story. Apparently he's a fan. He likes to put Braggs in his and have it with Broccoli. Very Healthy!
Thanks for the recipe. I'll be serving these at a class I am teaching: "HOPS and HEAT- Big American IPAs and fiery food.
Here are the other recipes I'm using:
Black Bean and Chorizo Mini Chalupas
1/2 medium onion, chopped
4-6 habanero peppers, finely diced
6 ounces (Mexican style)...
I developed my hot sauce recipes using this same basic technique, I just grind things up to a liquid then cook it a bit. It's sometimes better to add the lime juice at the end of the cooking process.
Anyway, hopefully this gives you a good starting point and you should now start experimenting...
I can't believe some of you have never heard of her. She has always been near and dear to my heart...and uh...other parts.
R.I.P. Betty. You will live forever as an icon.
THE NOTORIOUS BETTY PAGE with Gretchen Moll is, while not great, worth seeing.
I've never even heard most of those "myths". They sound more like things 4th graders would tell each other.
However, I'm not convinced that #4 isn't true!
Marie Sharp's is my fave. If you can't find MS proper look for one of the labels they copack for. If it's a bright orange hab sauce and says "product of Belize" somewhere on the label there's a 99% chance it's made by Marie Sharp and is damn good hot sauce.
Sontave is made by MS.
