I have these Celebrity tomatoes that kind of don't look right, wrong seeds maybe? What seems odd to me is they turn bright red and are hard as a rock. After two weeks they are still hard. I am using general hydroponics three-part system for nutrients in a Kratky bucket. Does this seem normal...

Goat pepper plant needing support had to add some bamboo. I have not had a goat pepper plant do this well before, fun stuff. I did take it inside, the black bucket was getting too hot here in central Florida.

Had a real bad problem with fire ants in 2021. Took over my Containers and my little yard. Going to try molasses and charcoal this year. Has anyone had luck keeping them out of their containers in Central Florida?

My outside peppers are not so good after hurricane irma. But my inside peppers are getting big. Crispy and hotter than the outside ones. I got a big one going. Its neat to see them get so big and look so different. Just form a different growing environment.  I guess I need to put the photos on...

Picked some little pumpkins today. They are so bright orange in the sun. I'll pick another bowl tomorrow and make a nice basic  andros/bahamas Sauce.

Goat peppers are coming in real nice. They sure grow faster than the Supers hots I have tried. Big leaves and pods. They are odd, they are Dark and splotchy under the leaves but seem to be growing fine. Nice and hot great flavor. Fun to grow seeing such fast progress... Video is from today..  ...

Wish I had a field of goat peppers like this :surprised: I got about 14 started from pods from this field here in Florida,Great peppers. I had some sauce from these and it was great. This is my friends neighbor in Andros. Most are a little over  waist high.  

How much Kefir whey is usually added to a 1 qt jar for fermented peppers? I did some ghost peppers last year and used about 3 oz per qt. and topped off the pepper mash with salt and vinegar. Just thinking of not adding vinegar and using more whey.  Been making soft Kefir cheese and have plenty...

The White 7 Pot is a one pod wonder  :crazy: The ghost peppers are doing good. Reapers are ripe but very small. Just a few big pics from today :D

Well I finally got some reapers to get ripe, Then a while later gotta call of a new 45 waiting at the local range for me. good day :P ? how do you tell when White 7 pots are ripe? Mine are big but still have a green tint to them...  

Tried some Ghost pepper mash today. Its about 3 months old, Made with Kefir whey. Mixed it with BBQ Sauce. Can really taste the peppers.  Very slow burn build but its real hot, burns the belly after awhile really hangs on haha.  Put about a 1/4 inch of mash in the bottom of a small jar filled...
