I was sort of intimidated by the complexity of come curries.....but the more I work with them.....the more comfortable I am getting.

Nicely done - looks great!  Going to try some vindaloo myself.  Next up for me will be a milder panang curry - either Monday or Tuesday.
 
Panang curry is so f%#$#$#$#$#$#$ good!!!! You MUST post it buddy!
 
Also try the non-coconut milk jungle curry. My mouth is watering as I type this.
 
Anyone attempting beef rendang, well, I will send you a beer in the mail just so we can cheers! That is my fave!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Harder dish to make, it's a low and slow fall part coconut and spices caramelized beef curry.... ummm yeah. That.

Thanks. Cannot load anymore pictures.  Error message saying that file size is too big . . . not sure why as I haven't had this problem before tonight.
 
Curries are one of my absolute loves, I don't know how I've overlooked this thread!
Tonight I'll be doing a wild pork vindaloo, I'll take a few pics and flick them up.

I don't know if I'll be up to the standards already set here, some of those pics had me considering a curry for breakfast!
