Wayright the gnome in my garden is wearing purple and orange and has a football in one arm and a old wooden cane in the other, Clemson Tigers yeah. It was really good to release that sail and fly a flag back at the marina our first trip out. When I went to check this morning the Bikers have tons of new fruit set since yesterday, thanks again for the Burpee packet my friend. Hope to see pics of your garden patch soon, will be nice when the weather clears so more people will update their grow logs. Second hottest April on record here in Charleston, can't control the great weather I've been having. :hot:

Just Plain Awesome.. Having seen these plants in person I can tell you that the pics do them NO justice. Never seen so many incredibly healthy plants. Congrats on the Sail/Tunas. I'll have to get ou there with you this year. We'll have to grab a beer or two again soon. Cheers Cappy

Lookin' good. One of my Aji Crystals is doing something similar to your Biker Billy, but it's about a fourth its size... I'm going to keep an eye on it and see if I also have a freak of nature on my hands. :D

Thanks Grant! I potted up my 8 nicest Brain Strain plants from 4 gallon to 6-7 gallon terra cotta yesterday afternoon and found a stinky bag of cow manure/alphalpha/humus to mix in with the last of my dirt, you can smell this stuff a country mile. I wanted to move these to the final containers before they were any bigger to handle. Again these plants were started Feb. 17 and are now 11 weeks old and 20" tall with nice thick purple stems with buds already forming, the match is there only for a size reference. I will move these up on the porch and away from my other plants in the back yard to isolate the best I can for seed collection. Don't think I can pot up any further without a backhoe. :D Really apppreciate everyones positive replies.

It 's wonderful that 7 Pod, has a wonderful growth and is also in good health. It will certainly be a champion and you will have great satisfaction.

Look at the node growth on that Brain Strain monster! Cappy you have the happiest looking pepper plants. Your consistency year to year is amazing.

Dang, that's a nice stem for such a young one. Awesome plants.

Thanks Zander, real happy the way my plants are progressing this season so far. Hope all is well in your garden also.

Ohh come on Ed let see how your doing with your garden. I started more Brain Strain plants this year so anybody who wants to try one can. Good luck this year and post some pepper porn for us please.

Domineco this pepper is my baby. I feel I have a legitimate contender for the world hottest landrace variety and will keep plugging away till the Brain Strain get the recognition it rightfully deserves. Take my personality out of the equation and it might already be there. This pepper has direct lineage to Sara Ragoonanan in Trinidad & Tobago who is the real champion.

Thanks so much patrick I really enjoy our little hobby growing hot peppers. Everythiing in my garden is recycleable year to year and have only purchased a bag of farfards 3B mix to pot up to beer cups, one 40 lb. bag of Espoma Garden-Tone, and one bag of manure the other day. Total garden costs so far $50 or about 25cents per plant.

Really cool ya'll just enjoy my garden every year, here is the whole row pic and of just the maters in the ground and when I got home some Blackfin sashimi that was swimming only hours earlier. Thanks again.
