I was out one day and stopped by a bunch of middle eastern Indian chinense markets none or barely any had any fresh peppers all that were where green(thai like) they also had some dried peppers too. these were the ones i decide to buy from the India market. i put a guitar pick for size reference

So i have some seedlings growing in my Closet under flourescents, I have noticed some of them actually all most all of them have purple stems and some of the cotyledons have a purplish tint to them i'm thinking maybe it might be a lack of nutrients i have just recently started to fertilize them...

I have been having such high germ rates lately I have ran out of my normal white plastic 1 pint pots. Would a Styrofoam Cup suffice? Should the seedlings be under a certain Photo period or is 24 hours a day fine till transplant? :?:
